Let Them Eat {Gluten-Free} Cake
February 28th, 2013 | Posted by in UncategorizedWhether one has an “adult allergy” to gluten or has truly been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, more and more people are avoiding wheat, rye, and barley these days. Although “Gluten-free” may seem like a trendy buzzword, it’s really a way of life for many people. For those who cannot tolerate gluten, the last thing they want on their wedding day is a bloated, aching, stomach!
Luckily, there are more and more wedding cake designers offering gluten-free options. There are so many choices these days that one doesn’t have to sacrifice taste or style when choosing a wheatless cake.
Although I am a wheat-eater myself, I’ve had gluten-free wedding cake and couldn’t tell the difference. In support of the many of you out there who are gluten-intolerant but looking to “have your cake and eat it too,” I’ve rounded up a few of the best wedding cake makers, that offer gluten-free options, from coast to coast (and a few in between).
