Congratulations to Alyssa Perri, the winner of a Lilan robe from our contest with Style Me Pretty, NYC! I couldn’t wait to let Alyssa know that she had won the robe, but I was even more excited to hear the story behind her relationship and engagement. “My fiancé, Ed Leach, and I have been best friends for 10 years and have been dating for about 5 years. Being such great friends for so long before we started dating, really laid an amazing foundation for our relationship.
Our favorite place to be is at the beach. Ed proposed to me during sunset on the beach in Cape May, NJ. He had the ring for an entire year and I had no idea!! Following suit with our love for the beach, we had our engagement pictures taken in Long Beach Island, NJ, and we will also be getting married there in September 2013.”
